- Users must show a valid ZOU University Identity Card or Approved Readers’ Identity Card to the Security Guard upon entering library premises.
- Return all materials issued to you by the due date indicated.
- Do not bring food and drinks into the library.
- Silence is golden. Serious study requires a quieter environment. Therefore, observe silence all the time you are in the library.
- Do not deface or mark the book(s), journals, or journal articles because it destroys the item or distracts other users’ attention from the real reading materials.
- Users shall be required to replace all materials damaged or lost in their possession or shall be charged an equivalent replacement value of the damaged item(s) plus an administrative fee of 20% of the replacement value.
- Bags and parcels must be left outside the library.
- Upon leaving the university or terminating from the university, the user must be cleared of any loss of book(s), overdue fine, or any fine.
- Registration with the library is a must for everyone.
