The university library provides access to online library for both patrons on-campus and off-campus.

The library has a convenient way of accessing and confirming the availability of physical library materials by using Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC).
As a user you can also place these materials on hold, check your checkout history, change passwords, check where the materials are located in the library among other things.

The library clearance process for graduands usually involves:
- Returning all borrowed library materials
- Paying all outstanding fines
- Sending a corrected and final version of your thesis/project through your RPC. Please confirm with your RPC if the document has been sent to the library. We do not accept these documents directly from the graduands.
- When everything checks, you are then cleared by your Regional Librarian
